Blind Rivet "High Pressure Blind Rivet N Valve"

We produce this at our domestic factory in Higashi-Osaka City, a city known for manufacturing. It is a high-performance rivet that particularly improves joint strength in thin plates.

We also offer a type made with high corrosion-resistant material SUS316, which is suitable for electro-corrosion prevention and joining carbon-based materials. The shield valve rivet is a unique rivet that combines the characteristics of both the bulbing type, which has a large buckling diameter on the back side, and the closed type, which excels in water tightness. It also meets the leakage test standards (JIS C0920) for IPX7.

Blind rivet "Titanium blind rivet"

Produced at our domestic factory! These are all pure titanium blind rivets.

◆This is the first domestically produced all-titanium blind rivet! To meet the diverse and advanced needs of the industrial sector, we have successfully commercialized titanium blind rivets, which require advanced processing technology, as the first domestic product. This not only improves work efficiency and productivity but also expands the field of application for blind rivets as an environmentally friendly fastening technology. ◆High corrosion resistance The greatest feature of titanium material is its high corrosion resistance. It is the ideal material for use in corrosive environments. ◆Lightweight 60% lighter than stainless steel. With a weight approximately 60% that of stainless steel and iron, it is the perfect material for applications where further weight reduction is desired, such as automotive and motorcycle exhaust systems and truck bodies. ◆Environmentally friendly material Titanium boasts high recyclability due to its minimal aging degradation. Additionally, compared to other metals, it has high non-toxicity and antibacterial properties, making it a body-friendly material. ◆We have started a color titanium (anodized coating) service. *For details regarding lot sizes, delivery times, and prototype support, please contact us.
